Operations Manager

Background

Karla brings over nine years of experience in operations, administration, and customer service across the United States, Australia, and Mexico. She holds a bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and a master's degree in Finance, and is known for building organized, reliable systems that support both teams and the communities they serve.

On Programming Journeys

Karla leads business development, school outreach, and program operations. She oversees camps and after-school programs, coordinates parent communications, and manages enrollment processes to ensure every program runs smoothly and remains accessible to families.

Her work supports structured, high-quality learning experiences that reflect our mission of making STEM education welcoming and impactful for every student. Animator & Motion Designer

Background

Angel is a multidisciplinary designer with more than ten years of experience in motion and visual design, contributing to award-winning projects from concept through delivery. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with creative teams across different disciplines, developing visual narratives that balance clarity, creativity, and strong storytelling. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde, where she graduated on the Dean's List with a full talent-based scholarship.

Angel designs animated lessons that bring complex STEM concepts to life, transforming abstract ideas into engaging visual experiences for students. Her work focuses on making learning both accessible and enjoyable, using motion, illustration, and thoughtful design to guide learners through challenging topics step by step.

Through her visual storytelling, Angel helps make STEM concepts approachable, memorable, and exciting for students. She is passionate about using design as a tool for education, creating content that not only informs but also inspires curiosity and confidence in the next generation of problem-solvers.
